Here at Charde Guest House we aim to provide warm, homely and comfortable accommodation at reasonable prices. We have recently refurbished and have 9 modern bedrooms, all with television, and the majority with shower/wc. Enjoy our Continental Breakfast, and in evening you can take advantage of local amenities, and good selection of various Restaurants all in the local surrounding. Alternatively sit back and relax in our beautiful furnished guest lounge or wander down to the NEC and catch a variety of shows available through out the whole year. We are a family business and take great care of all our guests whether long term, weekend or just overnight. We have ample secure off-road parking at the front. Also there are excellent local bus, taxi and train services easily available. We are by Birmingham Airport, Birmingham International Railway Station,National Exhibition Centre NEC &Birmingham City Centre.If you like to shop we are not far from Birmingham city centre and Solihull town centre. Unfortunatley we do not accept credit or debit cards, our preffered method of payment is cash or cheque, and there is a cash machine very near to the house incase you forget.

The Limes is a family run establishment set in six acres of beautiful rural grounds in Earlswood and is situated just a 2 minute drive away from junction 3 of the M42. Its country setting makes it an ideal venue for those guests wanting something unique. We provide the perfect blend of traditional style with modern comforts. As well as Meetings and Weddings, The Limes will also cater for any of your forthcoming Special Events. Our Function Rooms are ideal for Parties, Christenings, Proms, Charity Functions, or Funerals. We can accommodate small intimate gatherings or larger, more formal affairs.

Quality bed and breakfast 1.5 miles from Birmingham National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and 2 miles from Birmingham Airport. Easy access to motorways M6/M42 and A45 to Birmingham Centre and Coventry and Solihull. Marston Green railway station is within walking distance and it is only 1 stop to NEC/Airport and costs £1.50 return. Birmingham City Centre is 15 mins on the train. Parking is available for travelling business or holiday guests at a very reasonable price. Local taxi service costs £7.00 to NEC/Airport and takes about 10 minutes. Various ensuite rooms include twin/double and family room which sleeps five people and single/triple with personal bathroom and shower room. There is also a luxury double suite with ensuite whirl pool bath/shower and adjoining conservatory, picture on site. All prices include a full English breakfast. The White House is situated in a quiet leafy road opposite St Leonard's Church in very peaceful surroundings but only a short walk into the village where there is a high class chinese restaurant, take aways, pub and a few local shops.
